STANDARD WARRANTY: 3 YEARS/150,000 MILES
PREMIUM WARRANTY: 5 YEARS/UNLIMITED MILES
Premium Warranty includes the following:
- Towing (during warranty period)
- Rental car (covers up to 10 days at a maximum of $42 per day)
(Premium warranty does not apply to commercial, performance and/or off road vehicles.)
CVT (CONTINUOUSLY VARIABLE TRANSMISSIONs):
STANDARD WARRANTY: 3 YEARS/36,000 MILES
All Other Repair Warranties:
STANDARD WARRANTY: 12 MONTHS/12,000 MILES
Certifications
Our technicians are certified by the Automatic Transmission Service Group (ATSG), an industry organization that provides training, support, technical hotline, materials, seminars and state-of-the-art technical training courses to ensure your experience with County Transmissions’ Circle of Service is efficient, comprehensive and fair. Our years in the business give our techs the practical knowledge they need, in addition to manuals and classes, to handle any transmission-related problem correctly, the first time!
Shuttle Service
A typical transmission rebuild can now take an average of 10-15 days. For your convenience upon dropping your vehicle off with us, one of our staff will drive you to your home, office, the Vienna Metro Station, or other location within a 10 miles radius of our facility. Additionally, our Premium Warranty provides a courtesy loaner car on a first come, first served basis or provides a rental car at no additional cost. See Warranties for details.
After Hours Service
As an added convenience, we offer an after-hours drop box, which is located to the right of our garage door. If you are unable to deliver your vehicle during our normal business hours, simply fill out the key drop envelope with your information, place your keys in the envelope, and place the envelope inside the after-hours drop box.
